  • Accepted payment methods include online card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) for Egypt.

For international orders:

  • Online payment only.

  • Pricing is exclusive of customs, taxes, and duties (if applicable).

  • Orders may be cancelled if the item becomes unavailable or if payment fails.

5. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our full Shipping Policy.
Key points include:

  • Egypt delivery: 2-4 working days

  • Flat shipping rate: 90 EGP

  • International shipping: calculated at checkout

  • COD available only within Egypt

Shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or holidays are outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

By purchasing from Plank Activewear, you agree to our Return & Exchange Policy, which includes:

  • Refund requests within 5 days only

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition

  • Discounted items are final sale

  • International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
