1. How long does shipping take inside Egypt?

Delivery within Egypt usually takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.

2. What is the shipping cost within Egypt?

We offer a flat shipping rate of 90 EGP for all orders across Egypt.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.

4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

  • Yes, COD is available for Egypt orders only.

  • No, COD is not available for international orders.
    International customers must pay via online payment only.

5. What is your return and refund policy?

  • Customers have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or makeup stains.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

6. How will I receive my refund?

  • Online payments: refunded to the original card used.

  • Cash payments: refunded via courier or Instapay, depending on your location.
    Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

7. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, but the process is:

  1. Return the item first for approval.

  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
    This ensures faster processing and availability.

8. Can I open the package when the courier arrives?

No. For quality and safety reasons, we do not allow package opening with the courier present.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges on international orders?

No.
International orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
