Customers may request a refund within 5 days from the date of purchase.
After 5 days, we are unable to process any refund requests.
π Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed within 1 week from the date of purchase.Β
- First exchange is free of charge. If you request another exchange, shipping fees will apply.Β
π¦ Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Items must be in new, unused condition.

Items with makeup stains, perfume smell, deodorant marks, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

All tags and packaging must be intact.
π« Package Opening with Courier
For quality and safety reasons, customers are not allowed to open packages while the courier is present.
π° Shipping Fees

Plank Activewear does not cover return shipping costs.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
π³ Payment Refunds

Online payments: refunded back to the original card used.

Cash on Delivery payments: refunded either:

via courier, or

via Instapay, depending on the customerβs location.

Please note: Banks and payment providers may take additional processing time before the refund appears.

All discounted or sale items are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for discounted items.

Online payment only (no COD).

No exchange or refund on international orders.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
